Meet the Team

Alise Napp is the Managing Director of Pantsuit Politics, which means she does a little of everything to keep the show and its surrounding community running smoothly. She has been with the show as a listener since 2017 and as a team member since 2018. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, Kevin, and son, Oliver. In the little free time she has as the mother of a toddler, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.

Maggie Penton is our Director of Community Engagement. She can be found “in the comments” of Pantsuit Politics’ social media feeds online and providing support for the team. Maggie found the show as a listener in 2015, volunteers as the admin of the unofficially official Facebook fan club of the podcast, and joined the team in 2021. She lives in Florida with her husband where they own a small business and have many adventures with their two daughters and the very best bad dog in the world, Nova.
